With clinker remover receiving clinker from cauldrons with firing grates we deliver as well clinker spreader and electric shields (covers). Brick of clinker sliding from crater of firing grate goes into twisting blades. After that as fine pieces are drooped into water in crater of slap trap. There they are getting cool and divide into smaller pieces. This solution eliminates appearing big explosions in crater of slap trap. The space between spreader and crater of slap trap is covered with special shields which are partially cover with water from crater. Parts from cover are connected within together very tight. Thanks to their flexibility shield is resist to thermal deformation and unexpected changes of pressure.

From our experience in exploitation we know that the weakest element of chain curry-comb are side lockers. To eliminate this problem we use our own solution for which we have patent nr334928 of Polish Patent Office.
The main attitude of this solution is that it doesn't have side screws connection elements, which have been replaced with shape holders connectors of curry-comb into mines chains. This holding system assure easy mount and dismount of curry-comb.

We have a lots of experience of using this king of solution in slap trap and coal receivers. There is possibility of exchange whole system of receivers based on different solutions for the solutions written above, this requires exchange parts listed below:

• reverse rolls of stretcher mounted on stretching cylinder made with grinding steel.
